it tells the story well
as you can just sense what is going on. I do wish the two main figures hadn't been quite so centered and shot straight on. My thoughts are to move a few meters to one side or the other and position them more to the side of the frame while keeping that great background. Of course, it's much easier to offer those suggestions afterwards.

Cartier Bresson like. I always emjoy taking photos from this angle, it leave a bit of mystery to things. You just wonder what they are talking about, hoping it is a great tale.
Jacob Langston 05-Apr-2003 at 15:50Great angle
and suggests a story. Nice
Gregg Humphrey 05-Apr-2003 at 21:07OK, 2 out of 3 liked the straight on angle
And, I'm pretty impressed with both Jacob's and Gregg's images. But I also see Jacob's images in the Orlando Sentinel(a large circulation newspaper). We all like the view from the rear. And, we all agree that it tells or suggests a story while leaving some to the imagination. I like this image very much.

Decisive Moment :: I would say, 'yes, it was.' There is frozen movement in the background--and the 'watchers--though static--are electric enough to charge the space between them. The moment was decisive.
