This is a great image! The subject wears his heart on his sleeve and I respect him for that. I also think the 'candid-ness' of this image is really good. I really like this one.

Closer

would be better in a photo like this. It's especially true when the issues are complex and confused. Protesters are individuals, and should be portrayed as such, even within a collective context.

Being Counted...

everyone is entitled to their views and this image is all about this individuals. It could be cropped on the right a little but the flags and group behind him add to the image.
