I immediately felt compelled by this photo, started to fill the space with my own feelings and associations. Thats what I call a great photograph!

There's something quite beautiful and magical about these color shots. The composition on both this and "Boy with stick" are great but it's the colors and light that make them particularly special. Well done.

Louis, the composition is perfect--the end of the wire toy follows the same parallel as the line of trees in the horizon. Could he have been wearing a more complimentary color for this shot?? The green shirt is vibrant against the earth tones, and I am really drawn to images taken in midday and/or with figures buried in deep shadow (his face.) Very arresting photo.
