this is a beautiful image and a beautiful image. I can't believe all these nice people that you surround yourself with :-). In what setting was this image shot?

Knut, this was shot in afternoon winter light on a friends balcony. A very contemporary setting, lots of clean lines ect. had some good pros & cons re light techniques on this shot. blue bathers is my wife, this is obviously why all my shots are of great looking girls. A good way for me to learn as they all need shots for their folios. Will tire of this eventually, but for the moment the land of Oz is a beautiful place.

A bigger version would be really nice...the skin tone and overall color is great, but the portrait seems a bit soft. Tiny bit of color fringing on the hair, though for this type of shot it's no big deal to me. Beautiful model.

There is a grey cast over this image. I think it would improve if you adjusted the black point in the levels or histograms.

and enjoyed this time. Here the scalping does not bother me as it goes with the in yer face shot. Nice slightly high-key lighting and exposure compliments the ice blue costume. Well-captured expression and sharpness in the eyes deserve credit as does beautiful OOF background. Well done.
