Good composition
I like this use of the biogon, emphasizing the lines. My suggestion would be to try to get some exposure on the buildings and street so that it does not look like lights in the air. Try dusk, shooting f16 at 30 seconds on your provia 100.
My pet peeve is that I think traffic streaks are cliche. Your composition is strong enough without them.

While traffic streaks may in a way cliche, I defy anyone to try to make an image of Radio City Music Hall at night without the traffic.

I disagree with Steven. Having just been there last week, you don't even notice the buildings. You see the neon, and it conjures so many memories that all else (visually) is forgotten. GREAT photo!!
