Are you involved in this case, not well-known outside the NYC area?

Though you lose the writing on his coat, consider this might be stronger if you cropped the bottom half away and a bit of the left, to lose that distracting ear. You could even crop the fellow on the right and still have a powerful frame -- the story's really all in his face.

thanks both commenters. I thought of a crop, but I didn't want to lose the lines of the building and pillars in the background. I'm not involved in the case: it is regarding a Chinese liquor store owner in the bronx who was killed in a robbery attempt. The community is protesting because the prosecutor gave the killer a lenient plea bargain of misdemeanor assault.
