North America - John Hepworth

This is a ruined farmhouse in the Peak District National Park in England. It goes by the name of North America (I've no idea why).It was used by the Army for target practice during WW2.

Nice location
I think you could have made a better picture by lowering the camera a little; there's not much interesting in the sky, and bringing some more foreground into view might help. I never got to visit the Peak District while I lived in the UK. I drove __around__ it a lot on the M5 and M1, but spent more time in the Lakes. I guess the Army liked to shoot at North America before they got to the Germans.
