Seattle, 7 am - Thomas Munch

I tried to capture a unique image of Seattle's Pike Place Market. At the very least, I'm confident in stating that I was the only one walking around the area with a camera and tripod as the sun rose on this particular morning.

Good
I think you did very well. I like the colours, and also the tension of the directions signs and the hands of the clock all pointing in diferent directins.

One of my favorite subjects for photography is color. Anything with strong color. It's what I like most about this image. When I was in photography clubs the judges always told me not to include text in my images. They said it distracts the viewer by making them read the signs instead of looking at the image. I don't mind them here. How else to capture this image? Great colors and well framed. This lighting is so cool. Very pastel. Good catch.

This is a great mix of early morning ambient light and the glowing neon signs. The colors really leap off the screen.
