Truck Stop - Viet Dao-Huy

There was I, having a blast hanging off the side of a cable car in San Francisco... then I had to *walk* up and down those crazy streets. A few blocks later, I found out why...

Nice, sharp image...much to the dismay of the car dealer!

Nice image, Viet! Quite sharp (in keeping with the SF midday crispness) and the photo is nicely composed to tell the story. It is clearly San Francisco -- the trolley tracks -- and the orientation of the perspective with the small man pulling this enormous rig back is delightful, at least for the uninvolved!

Thank you. To frame the man properly, and include most of the truck, I unfortunately had to include that yellow post on the bottom right. Moving anywhere else would have caught even more of them in the shot. So, either I'll have to buy a 28mm lens, or I'll have to try cloning it out in PS... both likely to be painful...

Don't process it further!

Don't remove the yellow post. I like small flaws. Fine art painters used to deliberately include a small flaw in each painting as a reminder that God alone can produce perfection. http://www.contaxg.com/document.php?id=6898
