Cool shot
This is a cool shot! I like especially the placement of the subject-perfect! And the cropping is good too. I think these must be see-thru glass blocks, or maybe you are the construction worker and you had your G2 strapped to your head to take the shot?! ;)

I was inside a building that was under construction when I noticed one of the workers walking by the glass block window. There were no lights on inside so there is no reflection off the glass.
