Excellent. . .
Robin what a fine creation. The tree actually belongs with this pink wall as rendered by your lens. Normally, these bits of nature--clash with man-made objects. Bravo! Superb contrast, superb color--and simple effective composition.

Robin... I gandered at this image on my other monitor.. and found it too bright. Did anyone else seem to think Robin's image could be darker--perhaps I need to do some drastic calibration. Never the less I do like the basic form, still elements and compositon Robin

Maybe MY monitor is off -- or my eye. :-) I think it would be my eye though, because I'm into flight sims and one of them made everything look too dark so I set my monitor to make it look lighter and haven't adjusted it since then. I should be making things look too dark to everyone else, by that token. If I check this as if it were grayscale, the big empty expanse of wall comes up with percentages from about 8 up to 28% darkness. Does that seem too light? Maybe it's because it's such a large empty space.
Robin Kleb 26-May-2002 at 14:56FWIW, it looks just fine on my monitor which is calibrated with a ColorVisioin Spyder.
I like the strong rigid shapes juxtaposed against the feathery silhouette and shadows of the pine. Interesting.
Affirmation . . .
Robin I have faith in Richard's affirmation. Do not change Stucco.
