crosswalks - Robin Kleb

Looking down from the BART train platform in Fremont, California. Oops -- actually I think it was the West Oakland station, now that I think about it.

Thank you
That is so nice to hear! I get some good ones and I get some bad ones. If I don't get any comments then I'm assuming they aren't so good or they're boring and I take them off the site again, so I think you're probably just missing seeing some of those. :-)

I like this one too! Cool patterns, good composition. And great sharpening done here. You sound like you are carrying your G everywhere. Way to go! And you definitely are getting better.

This is a compelling image. I like the simplicity of composition, color, and line. Good eye!

and patterns and colours are very good here. This is the kind of picture that could win contents for its stylish refinements. Keep on smiling :).

Robin the RED and WHITE --- elements are so common--but commonly overlooked in our everyday coming and going--your rendition puts the scene in an entirely different --light!

I just can't imagine in the past how these simple lines combination can make a good photo, but now I know some of the great things surrounding us are often overlooked. Great work!

Really nice shot Robin. I recall you posted one a while back, also from a train platform. This has interesting geometry, great texture, and effective use of color. To my recollection, the most famous shot of this sort is by Ed Ruscha. I found an image of it at http://www.eyestorm.com/find/AR6_product.asp?sku=ERU01717 and thought you'd want to see it. By the way, unrated/low-rated fotos are dropped automatically from the site after 60 days. --Anker
