Old Highway Gas Station, Near Baird Texas, 2002 - Jason Dean

We were on the old Highway 80, when we pulled over at this intriguing building. It was sunset. Cropped out white area at bottom, as suggested, second head on photograph coming soon.

Nice!
I love these old buildings. There is a nice glow above the door. The image might improve if you post with a width of 600 (or 700, 800, 900, etc.) vs. an arbitrary width.

with Bradley on all points. I like the mood here a lot. One easy improvement -- can you trim it up to get rid of the white line showing at the bottom?

like this one much better. I would probably have done this one front on and have moved much closer in. Again you have part of the frame in.

decisions are tough. Do you move in? Too often, my efforts to fill the viewfind only with the essential subject in settings like this just don't work out. Whether this image would be imporoved by moving closer may be testing by cropping although I realize the effect is not exactly the same.
