Just walking along Charlie Young Beach here on Maui. I know this image has been done to death, but what the hey!

Hey!
What the hey! Not bad. I like it. Nice rich colors, and your framing does it well.

this really is weird. How did you invert the footprints? Good image, good crop.
Knut Skjærven 19-Apr-2002 at 12:30inverted?
I actually didn't invert anything, it was a straight photo. If you look closely, you can sort of see where 2 different paths crossed, in opposite directions. Thanks!

Nice job.
MARK MILLEN 19-Apr-2002 at 20:50This is
one of these pictures that have some visual trickery. I looks to me that some of the footprints are coming UP from the sand, and I simply can't get the right picture. Particularly the one up middle. Weird.

Thanks Ho. I prefer Agfa colors when it comes to color print and medium format photography. Agfa (to me) has always given the best colors, both natural and also saturated when you need it to be. Fuji colors have always been too green and red. For permanence (chromes 35mm) I shoot Kodachrome 64. This was a roll of Optima 125 (since discntinued) that has been in the freezer for a while. No color correction in PS at all, nor push of saturation. It's all Agfa. Thanks, Joe
