Musee D'Orsay, Twilight - Alan Weinschel

With Glen's permission, I am posting this image, which was taken with a Contax TVS set on "auto", self timer, off of a railing across from the Musee D'Orsay. I don't use the TVS since I've gotten my G2, but it is a very fine P&S camera. All comments welcom.

TVS huh?
The camera absolutely nailed the exposure. Detail in the shadows, the lighted areas not "burned in", beautiful hues of the sky. Impressive.
Kevin Conville 02-Apr-2001 at 18:22Well, why not? on the Contax SLR pages there are also some images shot with a Contax T (a T2 in this case). And I would love to submit some of my T2 shots as well, since they would fit in nicely with some of my albums here. What do you all think? Maybe we could allow images made with other cameras as long as 80% of what you post is made with a G?

The sky's radiance is magnificent. What film did you use in the Contax TVS?
