The First Big Trout - Chris Walker

This is a candid, impromptu shot of my kids' reaction to catching their first decent-sized rainbow trout. Thankfully, the Contax was there to capture the moment. Location was Farrish Memorial Park, US Air Force Academy. Note that this is my first submission on this site and my first scan with my Hp d135 - any comments on scanning techniques are appreciated. Scanned 300dpi and then reduced with Adobe.

Glad to see a local on the group. We live close to downtown CS, with many trips to the mountains with the kids. I was not aware of anyone that used a G2 here in the springs, but look forward to future postings from our area!
