Great detail
I'm enjoying the images you're uploading - the level of detail in this one is very good - however the scanned size is too big for me to view it full size in one piece on my monitor (and I like to view at full resolution wherever possible). What works for me is 1000 pixels width for landscape format, 900 pixels high for portrait... if you have suitable software you might like to try re-sizing future images - of course this is just my view, others will probably have different opinions...

Posted image size is important. The default for visitors is 900x- which means your image will be auto-downsized to 900x if you post larger. I personally like to view them on a fair sized monitor the same as you 900x(high) or 1000 (wide) The problem is that the site software reduces the quality of the upload if it has to downsize to the default 900x. I personally like to post at 900x if it looks good in that size. If it looks better larger, I usually don't go over 1200x(wide) since it is more enjoyable to view the image without scrolling.
