Stark, Spare...
and very moody. I've been trying to imagine the same shot taken in late afternoon or early morning sun. Not sure which I would like the best.

The right angles, starkness, composition (like how you captured the dolphin's reflection) really grab my eye. I like the grain...it's a bit muddy in the shadows, but for me, it doesn't detract too much from the image. On the otherhand, you have nice detail in the milky sky highlights.
