Varied colours
in the reflection and the under-bridge lighting make this shot. If anyone is interested, the bell is called Big Ben after the name of the chief engineer/foreman working on St Stephen's tower (the proper name for that bit of the Palace of Westminster). The ugly chimneyed building to the right is reputedly the most environmentally efficient in the city - too bad it looks so much like a grim Victorian factory.
