Black and white...
But i also read red tone.
Pure feeling is very well matched with the object.
Very nice image.
Thanks.

Red tone? I don't know. The pic was definitely taken Tri-x B/W. Perhaps it was scanned as a color pic, I sometimes forget to switch. I scan both B/W and color, and sometimes I convert to greyscale in PS. That´s the only possible reason. I have right in front of me the 10x15cm B/W copy I scanned just about a week ago.
Thanks a lot for your nice comment. Greetings from northern Spain

more striking than Naobkov's novel. the subject seems on the verge of anticipation/expectation - very beautiful. very pure. es una foto muy, muy bueno.

...Phil... that's how I feel after your comment. I think you're being very generous. I'm happy you enjoyed it. Muchas gracias
Baltasar Alvarez Quintana 29-Apr-2005 at 12:51Glad I took the time to browse
Glad I took a look at more of your uploaded images. I love this photo. It's an excellent "abstraction" of a little girl. I get to fill in the blanks in my mind about why she is wrapped in black, looking into the distance, etc... Thanks,

Westie 02-Jun-2005 at 06:53I feel that your aesthetics has been condensed to this photograph. Although this photo is simple, however, I think that this is one of a really wonderful photograph among Gpages. Thanks.
[Unknown] 01-Nov-2005 at 21:35Congratulations
Baltasar, congratulations. Your inclusion in the G HoF is long overdue imo. This is a wonderful image.
Gregg Humphrey 05-Nov-2005 at 12:57Thanks, Gregg.
Comforting words in times of growing perplexity. Cheers from northern Spain.
