Suprisingly successful in

getting rid of the road, but as in the case of my own cropping attempts, some of the contextual magic was also lost, at least it seems so to me.

Less is more

or so they say and leaving the bar in at the top is too much for me. In fact you could even crop to lose the bit of roadside on the right, but then you'd also lose too much of the narrowing perspective of the waterway. Difficult one in which cropping is only partly n answer. On with the waders, I think.
