Tremendous sense of scale

projected by this shot. The Midwest U.S. has endless skies like this but not the magnificent architecture and vast history that add so much to the photo's aura. When's that book coming out? --Rick

Criteria

The criteria for the hall of fame is that the image must have been uploaded more than 60 days ago, must have at least 10 (I think) ratings, and must be the highest-rated.

so WHY is a 2004 image being placed in a 2007 hall of fame? If it's for the reason the admin mentioned, then I'm sure there are scores of images not only better rated, but superior in all aspects to this one if one searches through the thousands here!
