a severe cropping. please let me know what you think. also added added quadtone in PS, cuz I think what PS calls grayscale sucks.

Interesting...

..crop, but I do not like the softness of the arm here. I agree PS grayscale sucks. Try gradient map or desaturating the scale all the way down from the "Saturation" dialog for some different "grayscale action".
