Turbulent indeed
I especially like the way the roiling sky echoes the water, and how dwarfed the man-made elements in the photo seem. --Rick

David this image has exceptional dynamic content. It can be improved,too. If you are using Photoshop or elements, apply auto-color and the overall blue cast will be diminished; using the "curve" command slightly change the middle point fractionally upwards minutely, this will lighten the image overall and remove the alleviate the dull contrast. This image ought to inspire us all to go out and photograph our worlds in various environmental situations.
