#1 - rescanned - Bernt Kristian

This is a rescanning of the original image. The first scanning was a really clumsy piece of work. I hope this is better. The story behind the picture is still the same... My brother died in cancer this Easter. Some weeks later we were out looking for a tombstone in the woods by his home. I had to try this shot when the sun came through. The motion blur is done on purpose when I shot the picture. The feeling in the picture kind of corresponds with how we felt at the time, ...- and how we still feel... – even today. I used f/16 so the exposure-time became long, 2 or 4 sec. I don't remember. I wanted to achieve the motion blur while I took the picture. I held the camera still during the first part of the exposure- time, then I moved the camera downwards to the left at the end of the exposure-time.
