Pescando - FraM

When I saw this image in front of me while walking by the river I had to stop. The sun was too strong and the reflection on the water was going to turn it into a mess. If I had a slr and a grad filter, perhaps I could take the most of it, but I had a rangefinder and slide film inside! When I saw the slide it happend that it wasn`t spoilt at all. I found that the high contrast and dark shadows added mood to the picture. Perhaps I am still being influenced by the image I saw in real life, but I like it. The slide is full of detail.

I totally concur with Ed, Francisco. Perhaps it was a "happy accident" but it is a very fine image made even moreso by the glare of the waters rushing down the spillway.
