Iced Asparagus - Bruce McKinney
Last week's ice storm that moved through the area left over 1,000,000 without electricity, affecting more folks than did Hurricane Hugo. Here is a quick snap from my back yard garden the following morning.

I dont see much ice
this neck of the woods so I dont know how common this kind of stuff is. But to me, its great and abstract and ....hang on.....this is an iced tree/shrub!!! That tiniest clue of its true identity was a stroke of ingenuity!

Very straight-forward shot, Bruce, but eloquent in its testimony to what happens in "our neck of the woods" sometimes. Sunny South?? Bah, humbug!! I like both the studies but think I prefer this one a bit better. Watch out for Wednesday night/Thursday morning and have the camera ready!!
