Well done

She has a very haunting look in her eyes; the direct eye contact it what makes this image. I was at first annoyed by the large white thing in the foreground, but then I realized that she's holding a pencil and it's a writing pad or something. Very nicely done.

Chloe

Thank you for the complements. Yes, Dana, she was sketching me at breakfast. I figured, turn about is fair play, so I picked up my G2 and returned fire.

Old film

gives interesting grainy effect, well captured. Not so much haunting and direct and intense.

Tom

... is there someone on this site imposing as me. Please tell me who it is. Whatever - excellent shot. Next time maybe you should consider using a younger - film :-) Well done.

Bravo

Very well done...great look, great texture.

Timeless look

Not only that, but the film might be older than the subject.

Why?

Tom: I set my preferences long ago to allow my rating to be made without knowing the ratings of others. This may be universal now. Anyhow, I think that it is a good idea. From a technical point of view, to the extent tht I can address that, this is well done. Great side light with what appears to me some unknown fill for the lft side of her face. But, in the end, no potrait gets the job done without a great subject. And you had one.
